Terms of use

Effective 25 September 2026. These terms cover use of this website and the Ontolix Connectors pilot app for Microsoft Teams. A separate written agreement with your organisation governs any paid Ontolix service and takes precedence if it conflicts with these terms.

Using the pilot app

An authorised administrator may install the pilot app for an organisation and choose the Teams resources it can access. Use it only with permission from the organisation that owns those resources and in accordance with applicable Microsoft terms and law. The app may read selected channel or chat messages and membership information to bring approved project material into Ontolix. Your administrator can remove the app or revoke its permissions in Microsoft Teams.

Project information and decisions

Your organisation remains responsible for the information it connects and for deciding who may see it. Ontolix may organise source material, generate summaries and relationships, and answer questions. Review the underlying sources and use professional judgement before relying on an output for design, construction, safety, commercial, or compliance decisions. Our platform disclaimer explains what Ontolix outputs are and are not.

Website content

The website describes Ontolix and may change. You may read and share links to its pages, but may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, or present its content as your own. Product descriptions are informational and do not replace a written service agreement.

Privacy and contact

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. For questions about these terms or the pilot, email support@ontolix.ai.
